Before we start connecting, you'll want to visit your bank's website to check if they have any system maintenance. That's one of the reasons why we experience connection issues. Then, we can try connecting your account using a private browser to help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. To open one, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
Then, connect your bank again. If you're able to do so, you'll want to go back to the regular browser and clear the cache. Doing this will remove stored internet files that cause unexpected behavior within QuickBooks. Other supported browsers can alternatively isolate these kinds of issues.
If the bank is having maintenance, you can temporarily bring your bank transactions to QuickBooks by preparing an Excel CSV file, then upload it to QBO manually.
