Hello there, @orla-mpacc-ie. Welcome to the Community.
I can think of two possible scenarios based on your concern above. I'll discuss them below to make sure you can reconcile your bank statement and categorise your transactions accordingly in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
You should be able to reconcile your bank statement yourself in QBO. However, since you've mentioned bank feed, you may have activated the Auto-add option for your bank rules. That's why you're seeing auto-reconciled transactions.
To fix this, you can turn off the Automatically confirm transactions this rule applies to option on your bank rules to stop QuickBooks from automatically categorising your transactions. To do this, here's how:
You can read this article to learn more about using bank rules in QBO: Set up bank rules to categorise online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.
On the other hand, if you're referring to your transactions' reconciliation statuses in your register, other users may have reconciled the account for you. With this, I encourage you to check the audit log. This helps you keep track of all the activities, who made changes to your books, and what they did.
Once you're done, go ahead and manually unreconciled all your auto-reconciled transactions. To do this, simply open your bank register and find the transactions within the affected period. Then, you'll want to click each of them and click the Reconcile (R) field until the R mark changes to C (cleared) or blank. Then, hit the Save button and confirm the change.
Also, I encourage you to reconcile your accounts in QBO regularly (every month). This helps monitor your income and expense transactions and detect possible errors accordingly. You may want to check out this article as your reference to guide you in doing and fixing reconciliations in QBO: Learn the reconcile workflow in QuickBooks.
I'll gladly help if you have other reconciliation concerns or questions about managing transactions in QBO. You can drop a comment below, and we'll get back to you timely. Take care always, @orla-mpacc-ie.
