How can I resubcribe or reactive my quickbooks account?

Allow me to welcome you back to the QuickBooks family, michaellapidi-ya.

Let me share the steps on how to reactivate your existing QBO subscription. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company as an admin.
  2. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and choose Account and settings.
  3. Proceed to the Billing & subscription tab, then click Resubscribe and enter the updated billing information.
  4. Select Subscribe.

After that, sign out and log back in again. Then, follow these steps to verify if your account is already active:

  1. Go back to the Gear or Settings ⚙ icon and click Account and settings.
  2. Proceed to the Billing & subscription tab. Then, check the Next charge date if it's already in the future. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.

Let me also share these articles for more details and guidance when working in your account:
