Since Axis bank changed their website a few days back, the connection is broken. It always says "Try again in a few hours. (102)" even if we reconfigure the bank account

Since Axis bank changed their website a few days back, the connection is broken. It always says "Try again in a few hours. (102)" even if we reconfigure the bank account

I've got your back, iamshishir.  I'm determined to help you resolve this banking issue.

 

Bank error 102 usually means your financial institution's website may be undergoing maintenance or have some server issues. This error can stop the online bank connection to QuickBooks. 

 

Error 102 usually resolves within 24 hours. In the meantime, let's manually update the online bank connection in QuickBooks via a private window. This a good place to determine if there's an issue with the browser. 

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts: 

 

  • Safari: Command + Shift + N 
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + P 

 

Once done, manually update your bank.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Go to the Banking menu.
  3. Select Update.

If the error is gone, let's clear your browser's cache. Doing so can improve the performance of QuickBooks. However, if you still see an error, I'd recommend checking the bank's website to make sure everything is working on their end.

  1. Sign in to your bank's website.  If you can't sign in, reach out to your bank or credit card company about the next steps.
  2. Look for any messages, notifications, or alerts. This should tell you if something isn't working.
  3. Review your account pages, account history, and transactions. If you can't see these, there may be connection issues.
