I've checked and there isn't a report about Krungsri Bank not updating. There could be an issue with your bank's website.
You can check if there's an update from Krungsri Bank. Then, look for any display issues, messages, notifications, alerts, or announcements about new security requirements. Any of these can stop QuickBooks from downloading transactions.
If everything looks good, you can disconnect and re-connect your bank in QuickBooks to refresh the connection. Let me show you how:
If you're still unable to sync with Krungsri Bank, you can download transactions from your bank and manually import them to QuickBooks. That way, you have accurate records on your bank register.

thank you for the reply. The internet banking is working w/o problems.
Only QBO stop updating this bank, and the Customer Support has not found a solution so far.
Really frustrating.
