Sometimes local internet cache files stored in the system can cause unexpected behavior in the product. This can be the reason why you're getting an issue when filing your Ecommerce data in QuickBooks.
However, you can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to this fix this concern.
First, use a private window to access your account and add your Ecommerce data from there. This a special mode where the browser doesn't record the browsing activity on the local device, so no trace will be left on the computer.
Here's how:
If you're able to successfully file your entry, then let's clear the cache in your web browser or try using a different supported browser. This might be a temporary issue with QuickBooks and the current browser that you use.
If you're still getting the same issue, I recommend reaching out to the third-party app that you're using to file these entries. This way you can check if there's an issue with their system.
