The first thing we need to make sure is that the Yes Bank doesn't have any system maintenance. That's the most possible reason why you can't connect it. You'll want to check the bank's website and see if there's an alert about it.

If this behavior, you can manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online. All we need is a file from Yes Bank that we can upload.
Once done, you can now categorise and match them with transactions you've already entered. This will avoid discrepancies in your books.
