Hi there, timothee-pineau.

I've got steps so your Credit Mutuel bank will appear in QuickBooks Online. I'll also ensure that downloaded entries are displayed in the software efficiently.

To start with, I recommend signing in to your bank's website to check if there are issues with your financial institution. This way, you can also verify if there are notifications from your bank that need attention that might cause the sync transaction to stop working and for a bank is no longer available.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu on the left panel.
  2. Select Link account. Note: You won’t add an account, you just need the listed URL.
  3. Search for your bank and select it. Then, copy the URL listed for your bank.
  4. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.

After that, if you can sign in, it's a good signal that there isn't a major issue. Then, review the following details below to check any messages.

  1. Check your account for messages, notifications, or alerts.
  2. Look for any display issues as you navigate the website. These can block QuickBooks from connecting with your bank.
  3. Check your bank’s website for any announcements about new security requirements.

if the issue persists, I recommend logging in to your QBO account through a private window and organizing your bank and the data from there. This is to narrow down the result and protect your browser against cookie-based tracking. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: press Shift + CTRL + P

If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.

In case you need steps on how you can review your downloaded or imported data by matching or adding them to avoid duplicate ones, you can read this article: Categorise online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Feel free to leave a comment below if you need further assistance managing your bank transactions to QuickBooks. I'm always here ready to assist you, timothee. Take care!

@timothee-pineau

You can use one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

Otherwise, purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data to another accounting app.
