Hello. I created 2 accounts on Quickbooks (1= accountant, 2 =standard user) using the same email address. I need help closing my "accountant" account. Any idea?

Let me provide some information on how you can handle multiple accounts in QuickBooks Online (QBO), swapneel-goalkee.

We can have multiple companies under the same QBO account. Wherein, each company file is its own paid subscription, however, you access them with the same sign-in info. This lets you quickly switch between companies so you can manage everything more efficiently.

Currently, there's no option to cancel QuickBooks Online Accountant since it is a free program. To check if you're getting any charges in your account, I highly suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They have tools that can pull up your account in a secure environment and help you with this one. Here's how to reach them:

  1. In QBOA, click the Help (question mark) icon at the top right.
  2. Select Contact Us at the bottom to connect with our live support.

Please know that our support specialists are open from Monday-Friday 6 AM-6 PM, Saturday 6 AM-3 PM, and closed on Sunday.

Feel free to visit our Account management page for more insights about managing your Intuit product users.

I'd like to know how you get on after contacting our support. as I want to ensure this is resolved for you. Just reply to this post and I'll get back to you. Have a great weekend.
