Hi, I've passed the exam and would like to create ProAdvisor Profile, however on the dashboard doesn't have the profile icon where i can add my image or info. How to do?

Hi there, k-chummongkhon.
 

Congratulations on passing your exam! Please note that your ProAdvisor profile  is managed within QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA), not from the main dashboard. Sign in to QBOA using the same email address associated with your certification.
 

Here’s how to create your ProAdvisor profile  once inside QBOA:
 

1. In QBOA, select the profile icon in the top right corner.

2. Click the Go to ProAdvisor profile.

3. You’ll be routed to your profile. hit the pencil icon to edit.

 4. Enter your profile information and click Save.
