I'll ensure you can take the QuickBooks Online Accountant certification exam successfully, Peter. I've provided detailed troubleshooting steps to achieve this milestone.
The numerous cached files in your browser can sometimes cause unusual behavior in your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). I recommend performing these troubleshooting steps to isolate the webpage issue while taking the certification exam.
To start, let's access your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a technical issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys below to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
After starting a new private browsing session, please log into your QBO account and check if you no longer encounter the errors. If yes, I suggest clearing your regular browser's cache to help the program run smoothly. You can also use other devices and supported browsers as alternatives.
Furthermore, I’ve included a helpful resource to guide you while taking the ProAdvisor training and certification. Although this article primarily targets the USA region, it has broad applicability: Frequently Asked Questions about ProAdvisor training and certification.
Additionally, here are some valuable resources to help you excel in using QBOA, enhance your professional qualifications, and effectively serve your clients:
I encourage you to revisit this thread if you have additional questions or need assistance with training resources or certification in QBOA. My team and I are always here and ready to help whenever you need guidance. We look forward to supporting you on your journey.
Hello Aldren,
Thank you for your prompt response.
I have tried the suggestions that you have put forth but the problems still exit. I think that the problem lies with the questions themselves.
I have three screenshots to add if I can to showcase the problem that i am experiencing. This screenshot will show you about "Choose all that apply." However, you can only select one answer. Also, question 6 is repeated as question 8 in section 3.
I shall try to send you the other two screenshots.
Thank you,
Here is the second photo Aldren. Section 3 questions 6 & 8 are duplicated questions plus you can only select one option.
Thank you.
Peter
Hello Aldren.
Here is the the third photo. It has a duplicated result in section 4 question 9. That does not seem right to me.
Cheers,
Peter
Thank you for providing us screenshots on which module(s) and question(s) you're working on, @Peter. What we suggest is that you contact our live support team. This way, you can make them aware of these errors on the exam. Let me guide you on how to reach out to our live support.
Here's how:
For our live support hours, kindly check the QuickBooks Online Accountant and ProAdvisor section in this article: Get help with QuickBooks products and services.
Please let us know if you have any other concerns about ProAdvisor certification. The Community is always here to help. Have a great day ahead.
Hello EduardA,
Thank you for your message. Greatly appreciated.
I have contacted the Support Team. Rather than being supportive, they suggest that i continue with the certification even though there i a good chance that I shall fail section 3 because of these problems which means going through the hassle of waiting another 30 days before I can re-sit the exam again which consists of four sections.
The most logical approach to me would be that the Support team or whoever is involved with setting the exam to correct the problems and let me know when they have been corrected so that i can complete my present certification. To me that is the most logical approach to this situation. I have passed Sections 1 & 2 and have two attempts left in Sections 3 & 4 respectively.
Thank you.
