Currently, the option to directly import 1000 rows of your sales receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO) isn't available, @girishmaru. However, I'm here to share an alternative way on how to record your data in the system. This way, you'll be able to keep track of your sales transactions and manage them accordingly.
The QBO system will only accept files for imports that contain your customers, suppliers, accounts, products and services, invoices, and bills information. Then, you're allowed to import spreadsheets with less than 1,000 rows.
In the meantime, I'd recommend checking out for a third-party application and connect it to QuickBooks. This way, you'll be able to successfully import your sales receipts to QBO. Please note that only the admin users can connect and manage apps in your account. Here's how:
