I have an accountant account associated with the same log in as two accounts I am helping with. I sent an accountant invite but it keeps taking me to the original QB act

I hit accept invite but it doesnt give me accountant log in, it goes back to my QB log in.   I want to be able to be the accountant for those two accounts to allow me to undo some reconciliations.  Not sure how I can accept the invite and sign up as an accountant?

You can't use the same email address to signup for a QBO Accountant account and a QBO account.

Hello there, @Kelley T.

 

When you click on "accept invite" to use QuickBooks Online Accountant, you may be directed to your original QuickBooks Online account. This happens because you are using the same email address for both accounts. To use QuickBooks Online Accountant, you need to have a separate email address.
