It's my pleasure to help you get your QuickBooks Online account to work with QuickBooks Accountant. To do so, I need more information to provide a more appropriate resolution.
First, can you share how you send an invitation to your QuickBooks Accountant using QuickBooks Online? Do you have the same email for both accounts? Did you also encounter any errors when adding an accountant to your QBO account? May I know why you've cleared the cache and are accessing through an incognito window?
If an invitation has been sent, accept it to join QuickBooks Online. You can do so by opening the email and selecting Let’s go! link to Sign in to your existing account.
Please know that any additional details would help us narrow down the issue. Any screenshots added would be much appreciated. I'll be on the lookout for your response.
