I have resubscribed the mandate for three years, I have not received activation code and no new entry is being accepted by quickbooks. I have also received regn number

I'm here to help guide you in the right support who can provide you the activation code and ensure QuickBooks accepts new entry, pranitaasso-gmai.

 

You can renew your QuickBooks Online subscription through the Account and Settings page. Let me walk you through the process.

 

  1. Click Subscribe or Renew to the right of Subscription Status.
  2. The subscription renewal page will pop-up. If you already have an activation code click on the "Already have an activation code?" button (1) and follow the screen instructions.
  3. If you have a "Promotion Code" enter the promotion code in the text box and click the Apply button (2).
  4. If you want to purchase multiple activation codes/subscriptions click on the "Need to buy multiple companies?" button (3).
  5. Select the number of subscriptions you want to purchase and click on the "Subscribe Now" button.
  6. After that, enter the Billing Address details and check the Terms, Conditions checkbox and click Continue/Make Payment. Please be reminded that the activation code will be sent to the email ID that you enter here. Make sure that you enter the correct email ID here.
  7. Follow the onscreen instruction.
  8. Hit Done.

Once done, you can check your email ID for the key. However, if you haven't received an activation code, I need to get you in touch with our Customer Service Team to provide you the key. You can shoot them an email from https://contactus.intuit.com/en_IN/contact (click Subscription and Billing in section 2 and thereafter click Email in section 3).
