I recommend verifying all necessary modules linked to the certification are completed in the system to ensure you get one.
 

Once you confirm this, you can download the certificate after passing the QuickBooks ProAdvisor exam. Here's a sample screenshot for your reference.

  1. Head to the Help menu. Choose the Search tab.
  2. Press Continue. Enter your queries or concerns in the box provided.
