Re-Subscribed: Lifting limitations after trial period ended

Hi,

Juist resubscribed and the limitation imposed after the trial period ended have not been lifted. In the bank feed section, it only shows the last transaction. (momentarily, it shows other transactions, but then hides them) It seems like a trigger to lift restrictions was not initiated on the QB side. Is there a way to reset this on my account?

Re-Subscribed: Lifting limitations after trial period ended

Welcome to the Community space.

Allow me to provide you with some information regarding your concern about the subscription issue that is affecting the transaction display in QuickBooks Online.

The issue of your transactions displaying only the most recent one, with others briefly appearing and then disappearing, could be due to the following reasons:

  1. The transactions might be collapsed because the grouping button is enabled. You can click the arrow to expand and view all transactions.
  2. If you have set up rules, the transactions will be automatically categorised. You can view these in the categorised tab to track them.
  3. Additionally, you can check the transactions in the "For Review," "Categorized," and "Excluded" tabs to verify and locate any hidden transactions.

The picture below shows where to locate each tab that interconnects to the numbering above.

Additionally, too much accumulated browser cache could be causing some issues. To rule out any browser-related issues, we recommend performing some troubleshooting steps. You can start by signing in to your QBO account using a private or "incognito" browsing mode. Here are the shortcut keys for the most common browsers:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

Clear your cache and refresh website preferences, which may cause issues with QBO.

Moreover, you can check this article to learn how to handle your transactions in QBO:
