I was chatting with Maribeth day before yesterday for renewing my account and was about to conclude the discussion..but due to some problem in the network could not continue and finish.


I received a mail message also on this issue from Maribeth...I have sent my reply also thru mail... but there is is no response after that from Maribeth...

Now I wanted to reactivate my account after paying the amount discussed...thru online etc. Kindly request Maribeth to come online for chat/discussion so that I can finish it and finalise please

Here's how:


  1. Go to the Gear > Account and settings.
  2. On the left panel, click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  3. Go to the QuickBooks section and select the Subscribe or Renew button.

Here are the steps:


  1. Click the Help icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
  2. In the Help window, click the Contact Us button located at the bottom.
  3. Enter your question and click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start a Message or Email.

For the new QuickBooks Assistant help update, you can follow these steps:


  1. Go to the Help menu, and select Talk to a human.
  2. Choose Talk to a human again. 
  3. Proceed with I still need a human.
  4. Click the Contact us link.
  5. Select either Start messaging or Email.
