In the sales receipt forms there are 3 shipping fields, Ship Via, Shipping Date and Tracking No. If I create a new invoice, open an existing invoice or payment for an invoice these fields are missing. I have the shipping setting turned on. I have seen several examples of QBO showing these fields in invoice forms. How do I enable this?

I am here to share some steps to show the three shipping fields in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
If you're using the new invoice layout, may I know if you have the option to go back to the old invoice layout? If not, another way is to create a custom field if you're using Plus and an essential subscription to QuickBooks Online. Let me walk you through the process of creating a custom field.
Please take note that before using custom fields on purchase orders, you’ll first need to turn on the purchase orders setting. This option isn’t available for Essentials.
