I'd love to give you some insights regarding the list of taxes in QuickBooks Online.
If you're referring to a menu that contains the list of taxes that are available in the system, you can go to the Tax Center. This section displays all the taxes that are used and entered into the system.
To access this tax, just click on Taxes at the left pane. You can also add new tax rates and modify them by clicking on Edit GST or Add tax at the top. Please check out the screenshot attached for your reference:

To see the complete list of the taxes that can be used for the goods and services on your region, I suggest visiting the GST portal website.
