With the acknowledge that is possible to get currencies update manually, I need to know if someone get automatically updated Venezuelan Bolivar currency.

That I mean is when you activate multicurrency and you add new currency, the option for Venezuelan Currency available is VEF (Venezuelan Bolivar Fuerte) and when you selected it the system said that the update rates isn´t available anda the only way that you have is manually. The VEF was the last currency used, rigth now is used VES, maybe your fx provider IHS changed locally, but you didn´t in QBO. It´s is important for local customer to get automatic rates for this. Here is the Venezuela Central Bank web, were you can take the rates each day. They have API for this.

Currently, the VES (Venezuelan Bolibar) currency is not yet supported by QBO. You can read this article to check those currencies supported by the program: List of supported currencies.
Also, since you're unable to see the rates for the VEF (Venezuelan Bolivar Fuerte) currency we can perform some troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue. We can start with running your account via incognito mode since this does not store cache files that might cause odd behaviors when running web base programs. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:
Once signed in, go to the Currencies page and check if you can now see the rates for VEF. If you're able to see it, let's go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to eliminate piled-up files that might cause the issue. However, if the same thing happens, you can manually add the currency exchange rates for VEF. Here's how:
