While moving our data into Quickbooks online, our consultant claimed that quickbooks online can't take more 11 digits transaction at a single entry

Hi there, Micheal. I'd like to provide additional information about entering more than 11 digits in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

For transaction amounts in QBO, users can enter amounts up to 11 digits before the decimal point. If any of your transaction amounts exceed this limit, you will indeed face restrictions due to this constraint.

 

To ensure a smooth transition of your data into QBO, you may want to break any large transactions into smaller amounts that comply with this limit, if possible. Alternatively, consulting with a consultant can provide you with tailored solutions specific to your business needs.

 

Additionally, you can personalise or add specific information to your invoices  in QBO.
