I know that you need to get hold of someone regarding your account. However, the Community is a public forum, and the ability to assist with the renewal is unavailable.
I'd suggest using the Get a callback or Start a chat feature from the Help menu. Our Support Team has access and tools unavailable to me so that your information is kept secure and private.
One of them will be able to check if you can take the one-year plan for the subscription. Here's how you can reach them:
