To begin with, I recommend using a different browser when accessing the ProAdvisor Certification program, as your current browser may not be fully compatible with our training systems. Also, you can check our system requirements to ensure compatibility.
If your browser is blocking pop-ups, this could prevent you from accessing the training courses and exams. You might receive a notification or alert in your browser, so you’ll have to enable pop-ups so the course or exam can begin.
