Error on import custom form style

Hi All,

Getting error while clicking Import Style on Custom form Styles form:

"You reached the limit of 25 styles. To create a new one, you will need to delete an existing style."

While the instance is newly subscribed/quite fresh. Also note that its first time that user is going to create the invoice template. So, why the said error is faced?

Further there is not default template available to edit/customize according to need.

Regards,

Abdul Rehman.

Error on import custom form style

Hi there, @Abdul Rehman.

I appreciate you for sharing the details. Let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private or incognito window. This way, we can see if this a web browser related issue. Let me guide you how.

Some times, data stored from your regular browser for a long period causes unusual behavior to the browser. Here are the shortcut keys on accessing a private or incognito window:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Option + P

If you're able to import your custom form style via a private or incognito window, then we'll have to clear your regular browser cache. This way, it'll give your regular browser a clean slate and prevent unusual behavior to the browser.

If the issue persists, I suggest using another web browser.

I've also added this great article for additional reference: Customize your invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.

Also, feel free to check this resource in case you want to learn how to link a deposit to an invoice.

As always, should you need further assistance with your QBO, don't hesitate to leave a comment below. We're always here to help.
