Hello everyone,
We have a corporate account with FAB and I tried to connect but I received an error from QBO. However, I keep on receiving emails from the bank that I have successfully logged in using the portal.
Any work-around or 3rd party API programs you are using? Thank you.
Hello there, @pavian. We're thrilled to have you as part of the Community forum and happy to help with any questions you have. It's our pleasure to provide the information you need.
We comprehend that dealing with difficulties takes time and may have an impact on your business activities. It would be best if you get in touch with the First Abu Dhabi Bank support team. This way, they can provide you with information on how to handle these bank connections and ask them if they can provide a .qbo file or CSV so you can manually import bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO) before doing the sync or integration.
In the meantime, we can do some troubleshooting steps to get the banks updated. Open your QuickBooks Online account using the incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't store cache. Excessive cache buildup in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. You can clean this up by opening your account in a private window.
Please refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
If this approach proves successful, you can switch back to your regular browser and proceed to clear your browsing history. Additionally, we recommend trying a different supported browser, as the version of QuickBooks you are currently using may be experiencing a temporary malfunction.
If you want to manage your transactions and use bank rules to categorize them from your bank, read the following articles:
We appreciate your cooperation and patience throughout this process. Let me know if you need further assistance. We want to ensure you can access your QuickBooks smoothly. We are here to help. Take care, and I wish you continued success.
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use csv2qbo converter tool as a workaround. It's $60 one time license.

@4Gal thank you. Even in incognito, it does not work for me. On the other solution, that won't work with us as we have multiple accounts and currency that is moving every 3 hours.
@LollyNino_C thank you. This is not a working solution.
Allow me to provide some information on this matter, Pavian.
Since you received an email from FAB Bank, they might require additional security requirements. That said, I recommend contacting our Customer support team to obtain further assistance. They have the expertise and tools to help you troubleshoot the problem and provide the most accurate guidance.
Here's how to connect to our Support team:
You may check this article for more details and the availability hours to contact us: QuickBooks Online Support .
Additionally, I'll include this reference for categorizing your transactions and putting them into the right accounts: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you have other concerns other than bank connectivity, you can always share them in the Community. Keep safe!
Consider to use a converter tool (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

@4Gal I appreciate your workaround mate, however it defeats the purpose of integration and by the looks of it, became more tasky instead. We have multiple bank accounts so an auto-feed to monitor transactions is the way. We cannot download PDF or CSV from bank and upload them manually to QBO.
