Hi, Import data - Sales - this option not showing in updated QB

for bulk upload sales invoices, from import data menu, we cannot found sales option.

Hi there, Ramakant. The only direct transaction import option available under the standard Import data menu is Invoices. The built-in tool is designed primarily to help users bring in unpaid balances (Accounts Receivable) from other systems.

 

If you have the Advanced version of QuickBooks Online, you can batch import Sales Receipts or Invoices.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to +Create.
  2. Under Other, select Batch transactions.
  3. Click the drop-down menu in Select entity type.
  4. Choose Sales Receipts.
  5. In the right corner, click Import CSV/Excel.
  6. Then proceed with the next steps.


 

However, if you are not using the Advanced version, you can use a third-party app to import your Sales in QBO.
