How can I import a list of employees?

Hello there, @Ijfm.

 

Currently, the option to import a list of employees in QuickBooks Online Payroll (QBOP) is unavailable.

 

I understand the importance of importing a list of employees in QBO. For now, you'll have to manually set up them and add their information to the system.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Payroll and select Employees.
  2. Click Add an employee.
  3. Add your employee’s name and email address. 
  4. Choose Add employee.
  5. Select any section to add the remaining employee info.
  6. When finished adding info to a tab, click Save.

 

You can also use an importer tool to move your transactions and lists in and out of QuickBooks Online.
