Hello there, @satkonewh.

Thanks for visiting the Community forum. I'd be glad to provide information about how you can view your imported invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

You can import your invoices by batch into QBO. Just take note of the following list of what you can and can't import:

  • Discounts, credit notes, and negative amounts in general cannot be added.
  • There is a limit of 100 invoices that can be imported at once, and each spreadsheet is limited to 1,000 rows.
  • Invoices including one or more line items can be imported.
  • You can also import a large volume of customers and suppliers or products and services.

Then, follow the steps outlined in this article for the complete process: Import multiple invoices at once.

Once done importing, let's run the Invoice List report to view the imported transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Reports menu.
  2. In the search field, you can enter and click on Invoice List.
  3. Select the date range from the Report period. For example, set it from May 1, 2020, to March 31, 2022.
  4. Choose the Accounting method.
  5. Click Run report.

Furthermore, you can focus on the details that matter the most to you when you pull up reports in QBO. If you wish to know more about this process, I'd recommend checking out this article: Customise reports in QuickBooks Online.

Keep me posted if you still have questions or concerns about managing your reports in QBO. I'll be here to lend a helping hand. Have a great day ahead!
