Do you need to modify the product and price list in your account or migrate the data between QBO accounts?

Hello, darshankapadia.

I have the steps and details on how you can export your products so you can make some changes.

You can export your products list to Excel and edit your pricing or other details from there. Here's how:

  1. Go to Sales, then click the Products and Services tab.
  2. Click the Export to Excel icon next to the small gear icon (see screenshot below).
  3. Open the downloaded .XLS file, then make the necessary changes.
  4. Save the file for the import process.

Next, import the file and overwrite the existing data to apply the changes. Here's you can do it:

  1. On the Products and Services page again, click the arrow icon beside New
  2. Hit Import.
  3. Browse for the saved Excel file, then proceed with Next.
  4. Map the fields, then click Next.
  5. Review the changes (this is also where you can make the final edit).
  6. Ensure to check the Overwrite all values for each product or service that you import with the identical name. (This can’t be undone.) box.
  7. Click Import
