Hello, Marco. I acknowledge the importance of keeping your financial records organized and accurate. I have the steps to import your files into QuickBooks. I'll show you how to do it.
Before anything else, I would like to ask if you're trying to import your bank data manually in QBO file format. If so, here are the steps to get you going:
Refer to this article for more information: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
If you mean to import your other data, transactions, or lists, you'll need to save them as a CSV, Google Sheets, or an XLS/XLSX file to transfer them into the system.
The following data you can import are your Bank Transactions, Customers, Suppliers, Chart of Accounts, Products and Services, Invoices, Bills, and Journal Entries. See this article for more information: Common questions about importing data.
To proceed, head to the Gear icon, then select Import Data. Please see the attached visual example.
If you're trying to transfer your QuickBooks data from one company to another, here's an article for reference: Move your lists to QuickBooks Online.
