I get the following error when importing journal entries. "These contacts don't exist in QuickBooks. Go back to your CSV file and match the name with a QuickBooks contact."
I can't figure out where the "contact" is located, or which contact it is referring to.

The error message you received refers to the names imported in QuickBooks Online (QBO). Which occurs if the names you're trying to import aren't listed.
During the import process, the system will indicate which specific contacts don't exist in QuickBooks. To address this, you need to add those contact names in QBO and classify them as either customers or vendors (suppliers). Refer to these articles below on how to add them in:
