Hi All,
as Quickbooks commerce is sunsetting and that unfortunately, I can´t transfer the ownership of the subscription to our US subsidiayr. I have to change my system and move to quickbook online (or another alternative if needed). I have a trial-period and many questions but have not yet got answers from the live chat of Intuit.
Maybe here, I will be more lucky:
We have different subsidiaries (one in Europe, one in the USA and one in Japan). Today we have everything under the same tool which allows us to easily manage orders and shipments of our products from the different warehouses (one in Europe, one in the USA and one in China). To make a final decision, I would need some answers to the following questions:
- Inventory management
How to have a consolidated view with 3 different accounts?
How do we manage inventory for online orders with Woocommerce and orders from different countries (EU and US)?
How to import existing stock from 3 places?
How manage multiple shipments from different warehouses for a same client?
How to we manage stock transfers between warehouses if needed?
- Customers imports?
How to integrate most details history from Quickbook commerce exports?
- Sales order and invoices history:
How to integrate QuickBooks commerce exports?
How to import order history: several lines on CSV for one order (one line per product ordered)?
How to import invoice history?
How to import purchase order history?
- How to import Products Listing?
- How to manage price lists? EU: different price list according to VAT %
- How to manage reseller discounts strategy?
This is the right place to get the answers you're looking for, @Yannick A.
I've listed them down below:
QuickBooks Commerce (QBC) helps you control your orders, inventory, and sales data for your online channels. It's best integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO) to power your accounting. QBO will help you track your income and expenses, give you a view of your overall business performance, and help you stay ready for tax time.
Overall, if you're a wholesaler, I'd recommend having an inventory management app to manage your resellers with multi-list prices. QBO supports thousands of various third-party applications for any functionality you may need. Head to the Intuit App Center and type a keyword in the search bar.
Additionally, you can check out this article to help you get started with QBO: Set up Company Settings.
Stay in touch if you have follow-up questions or concerns, @Yannick A. I’ll be right here to answer them for you. Enjoy the rest of the day.
You may have 2 options to explore:
1. Migrate your data from QBO Global version for Europe and Japan to US version. You may need to purchase a 3rd party conversion service to do so.
2. Switch your QB Commerce to another similar app to integrate with all your QBO accounts. We may recommend one app to explore and you can ask them to migrate data from QB Commerce.
