You can convert the PDF into a Comma-separated values (CSV) file, Jez.
QuickBooks accepts file formats such as .CSV, .QBO, .QFX, or .TXT for uploading or importing bank transactions, with .CSV being the most recommended format.
To ensure a smooth upload, please make sure the file size is smaller than 350 KB and that it includes the appropriate data structure, either 3 columns (Date, Description, Amount) or 4 columns (Date, Description, Credit, Debit). Please check the image below.
