Just to clarify, are you referring to an estimate instead of a purchase order?
I recommend exporting the Invoice List by Date report. However, there isn't a column for the shipping cost.
As a workaround, you can add a column for the Taxable amount and Tax amount before exporting the report. Then, create a formula from excel to get the total of the Shipping cost. [Amount- ( Taxable amount + Tax amount).
If you're referring to an estimate, we can pull up Estimates by Customer report. Let's make sure to select All from the Estimate status dropdown.
