Let's perform the basic browser troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. It also helps to improve and speed up your browser's performance. Cookies and caches may prevent you from seeing them in the dashboard.
First, you'll want to restart your browser. Then, try updating your bank in an incognito or private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to launch a new private window:
Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: press Command + Shift +
If it works on the private browser, go back to the regular browser and clear your browser's cache. Then, see if you can successfully continue importing your bank transactions into QuickBooks. Otherwise, you can use another supported browser.
