While importing data, please ensure that you use supported files like CSV, Excel and etc. in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and that the fields are correctly formatted.
Also, please remove unnecessary special characters, such as &, %, etc., from the file before importing.

We can help identify the possible reasons why you're experiencing issues while importing your data into QuickBooks Online (QBO).
The issue is caused by a formatting problem in your header row or missing required columns in your import file. Please double-check that the headers align with QuickBooks' requirements and ensure that all required fields, such as account name and account type, are filled in correctly.
Additionally, when an error happens, QuickBooks displays a preview grid highlighting issues in red boxes or text. You can hover over these red areas to see specific details, such as Character limit exceeded or Invalid type.
