Thank you for posting here in the Community. I'm here to help you with your concern about the invoices in QuickBooks Online.
If you're seeing duplicate transactions showing automatically, it may be something to do with your recurring templates. There may be two templates named differently.

If you're trying to get rid of the other invoice, you can delete it. I recommend you go to the Sales section to remove the transaction.
