Can I get my QuickBooks monthly invoice emailed to my ap department?

QuickBooks sends invoices for subscription fees automatically to the email linked with your Intuit account, gbradburn.

 

You'll need to click on View payment history, download the document in PDF format, and send it manually to the AP Department. Here's how:

 

  1. Access the Gear icon, then navigate to Subscriptions and billing.
  2. Select the link for View payment history.

 

If you're logged in as an Accountant user, you will not have the ability to download the billing PDF for a client who covers their subscription costs. For further information, refer to this article: QuickBooks monthly subscription invoice.
