Can I know how I can view in my mobile quickbook app about my current position of inventory and customer and supplier current status.

You need a 3rd party app to do so.

Can I know how I can view in my mobile quickbook app about my current position of inventory and customer and supplier current status.

I know the reason why the inventory, customer, and supplier statuses are not showing on your mobile app, @happy-shineautot.

QuickBooks mobile app is designed for touch interaction and important on-the-go activities including customer management, invoicing, estimates, signatures, payment processing, online bank reconciliation, expense capturing, and top reports checking. The option to review the statuses of the above-mentioned is unavailable using the app.

Don't worry, you can log in to your QBO account on a mobile browser instead and view it from there. Once logged in, follow these steps to keep track of the inventory status:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Proceed to Lists.
  3. Then, click on Products and Services.

Then you should see these data on the Products and Services page:

Also, using the mobile app, you're only able to run the Profit and Loss and the Balance Sheet reports. Having said that, let me guide you through accessing the Customer Balance Detail and the Vendor Balance Detail reports using your mobile browser so you can review customers' and suppliers' outstanding balances. Here's how:

  1. From the left pane, go to the Reports menu.
  2. Search for the Customer Balance Detail/Vendor Balance Detail report.
  3. Lastly, click to open it.

These are the reports you should see then:
