You can link any bank account in QuickBooks, as long as it is supported by the program. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your financial institution to confirm. Secondly, you can easily apply a credit note to an invoice to reduce the balance on the next invoice. To do this, create the credit note first and then apply it to the invoice. At this time, the tagging feature is exclusive to the QuickBooks Online US version. As an alternative, you can utilize the class tracking instead.

1. On your report screen, click the Show non-zero or active only drop-down.
2. Choose Non-zero for rows and columns.
3. Click Run report.
