Can we create proforma invoice in quickbooks?

When pressing customise and choosing the pro-forma invoice I have created, nothing changes or shows up. 

Is there an issue or bug with this currently? I have tried in different browsers.

I've checked our records and found no similar proforma invoice issues, JP2022.

I've got another way to fix this. You can open your QuickBooks account using an Incognito window or private browser. Private mode prevents storing cache that can cause problems when running websites. Thus, a perfect place to fix unexpected QuickBooks behavior. These are the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

If it works, clear the cache of your default browser to eliminate browsing history and refresh the system.
