Can we customize customer user limited access

To help you address this scenario, I recommend reviewing and adjusting the access permissions you've granted to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to this information. This will help protect the confidentiality of your sales data.

 

It is also a good idea to give user access to your employees instead of your customers. That way, you can ensure the privacy and security of your account.

 

You can easily make these changes by revisiting user roles and permissions settings within your account and adjusting them accordingly.

 

  1. Navigate to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Find the user you want to update, then click Edit in the Action column. If they’re new ones, click Add user.
  3. Select the user settings you want to manage. Check out Standard user role access rights to see the summary of what options are allowed.
  4. Click Next, then Save.
