can you edit an item when busy with an invoice

i select an item and see some info ie pricing is out of date and want to update straight away and save

Hello there, nli. Updating your products or services directly on the invoice creation page is not possible. I'm here to expand below.

 

Customizing your items can only be done within the Products and services page.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales and select Product and services.
  2. Navigate to the item and click Edit under the ACTION column.
  3. Make the necessary changes.
  4. Once done, click Save and close.
