Can you take a picture of a receipt from things you have bought for your business on here?

Yes, you can attach a picture of a receipt and add expenses in QuickBooks Online (QBO) using the mobile app, wisdomcountry. Let me walk you through the steps to upload it and guide you on canceling your payment.

Here's how to attach a receipt in QBO using the mobile app:

  1. Open the QuickBooks Online Mobile app.
  2. Click the Menu icon.
  3. Choose Expenses, then Add Expenses or the + sign icon.
  4. Select the Camera icon to either take or attach an existing photo of your receipt to the expense.
  5. Enter the details of the expense, including who you paid, how much, when, and which account you paid from.
  6. Select a Type of Expense. It will help with categorisation. If you want to create a new expense category, select the + sign icon.
  7. Enter the tax rate, a short description of the expense, and a reference number. Then Save.

If you want to attach a receipt to a previously entered expense, please refer to the link.

On the other hand, to cancel your payment, may I ask what payment you're referring to cancel? If you are referring to canceling an Expense transaction you can either Void or Delete the specific transaction.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Expense, and locate the Expense transaction you want to cancel.
  2. In the Action column, select View/Edit to open the transaction.
  3. Select Void to keep a record of the transaction, or Delete to completely erase the transaction from your books.pic 1.png
  4. The other way is, in the Action column, click View/Edit to open the transaction.
  5. If you want to include the date and reason you're voiding or deleting the transaction, enter that info in the Memo or Message section.
  6. Select More in the footer. Then select Void or Delete and click Yes to confirm.pic 2.png

For more details on understanding the difference between voiding and deleting transactions, check this article: Void or delete transactions in QuickBooks Online.

If you're referring to cancel your payment of your subscription, please check this article: Cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription or trial.

Moreover, I have included this article in case you want to recover some details of a transaction that you've deleted: Use the audit log to re-enter deleted transactions.
