I can't create invoices since the app updated error when trying to add tax rate which then blocks you from saving the invoice

Creating invoices on the app since update

We understand how frustrating it is, especially when you need to get invoices out quickly, Nicholas.
 

There is an ongoing issue preventing tax rate selection when creating invoices in the QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app. As a workaround, you can create the invoice by logging in to your QBO account through your mobile device's web browser.

 

Once done, we recommend contacting our Live Support team to be added to the list of affected users. You will then receive email notifications about updates on this issue. Here’s how to contact them:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online company, click (?) Help.
  2. Select either tab to get started:
    • Assistant: Get quick, personalised answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still chat to a human.
    • Search: Type a question, keyword, or topic for self-help content, or select Contact Us, type a question, and Continue. Choose Start a chat with a QuickBooks support expert online.
