Hello devasya-kadi!
It's easy to import the custom form styles in QuickBooks Online. Allow me to help you.
The first thing we need to make sure of is that we use the correct code or keyword with angle brackets (<>). This way, we can map it properly when we import the template. You'll want to download our catalogue or use our sample files.
Then, save the file in a .docx format. Note that this is the only supported file type when importing custom form styles.
I suggest you check this link: Import custom form styles for invoices or estimate. This will show you all the things we need to do and avoid when importing a custom form style.
Additionally, I'd like to know what problem you encountered so I can provide a resolution. The Community Team is unable to give you a call. However, you may follow these steps on how to reach out to our Support Team:
Aside from importing, you can also customise the sales forms within your QuickBooks Online account.
Don't hesitate to post again if you have additional concerns. I'll be here!
