We have updated a better way of contacting our Customer Support Team without publishing our phone number. You can do this by clicking the Help menu and select the Contact Us button. I'll guide you how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Tap the Help icon at the top to open the QB Assistant window.
- From there, enter the issue/topic(Contact Support).
- Next, hit I still need a human button to display the QB Assistant pop-up.
- Click the Contact us link.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
- Select Start messaging or Get a callback.
