Customer Transaction Report including Customer Email Addresses

Is there a way to create a report that includes full customer transaction details (like the Journal) but also includes the Customer Email address field? That field wasn't present in the Customize options for the Journal.

I can share some information regarding adding the customer's email address on the Journal report in QuickBooks Online.

 

Adding the customer's email address on the Journal report is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you can export the Journal Report into Excel and manually add the customer's email address from there.

 

 

You can get the customer's email address from the Customer Contact List Report. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Reports in the left panel and search for Customer Contact List in the search field.
  2. Click the Download icon drop-down.
  3. Select Export to Excel.

Once you exported the reports, you can copy the email addresses and paste it to the Journal report.
