We can see the urgency of this matter and want to make sure you can get through this so you can see your USD transactions and balances inside QuickBooks Online (QBO). It's possible your bank isn't set as USD when linking it inside the program.
You'll want to ensure that when connecting a bank account to your company file in QBO, you've selected the correct account category to show you what you need. Since you've linked the account, you'll want to disconnect and reconnect to choose USD as your bank's category. We'll write down the steps to get you going:
